Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use HussleBook, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader or other assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across this website and the HussleBook app.
What we do
- Controls are built to be reached and operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a “Skip to content” link.
- Buttons, fields and dialogs are given accessible names; dialogs keep focus inside until closed and return it afterwards.
- Upload and extraction progress is announced to screen readers.
- Text colours are chosen to meet AA contrast in light and dark themes, and animation is reduced when your system asks for it.
- Automated accessibility checks (axe) run against the app’s main screens as part of our test suite.
Known limitations
Some parts may not yet fully meet the standard. In particular, the original files you upload (for example scanned PDFs or images) are shown as they are, so their own accessibility depends on the document. Extracted text and fields are available as accessible text and can be exported as Excel or JSON.
Report a problem
If something is hard or impossible to use, email [email protected] with the page and what you were trying to do. We aim to reply within 5 business days and can help you complete the task another way in the meantime.
