Questions? Contact support

1. Introduction and agreement

HussleBook is a product/trading name. In these policies, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operators of the service. For support, privacy requests and customer grievances, contact [email protected].

These Terms form an agreement between you (or the organization you are authorized to represent) and the operators of HussleBook for using husslebook.com, the HussleBook app and related services. The Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling; acknowledging it is not blanket consent to optional processing.

Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record and legal seller for purchases processed through its checkout, handling transaction payments, applicable transaction taxes and payment disputes under its terms. HussleBook’s operators provide the app and remain responsible for its operation and their handling of customer data. Dodo’s buyer terms and privacy notice apply to its purchase and payment activities.

2. Eligibility and business accounts

You must be at least 18 and meet any higher applicable age of majority. Use the service only where lawful. If using it for a business, you must have authority to bind that organization and provide its instructions. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain protected.

3. Registration and account security

Provide accurate account and contact information and keep it current. Protect your sign-in account, devices and credentials; do not share access without authorization. You are responsible for authorized activity through your account. Report suspected compromise promptly. We may verify identity proportionately before sensitive account changes.

4. What the service provides

HussleBook supports PDF uploads and supported document/image formats, AI extraction, structured JSON, document-based chat, search, exports, workspace organization and usage analytics. Available formats, tools, file sizes, storage and processing limits depend on the current plan and enabled features. Outputs require your review; availability is not a promise that every document can be processed successfully.

5. Subscriptions, prices and billing

The plan catalog and checkout show the applicable price, billing period, included credits, storage, features, renewal terms and taxes before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew as disclosed until cancelled. Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record/reseller for its checkout transactions and handles payment processing, applicable taxes and monetary refunds under its arrangements; we operate the service and handle support.

Material renewal-price or plan changes will be communicated before they take effect, with a reasonable opportunity to cancel and any consent required by law. Cancellation and refunds are separate; see the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Credits and usage accounting

Credits measure service usage, not money held in a bank account. Current customer credit rates and recorded usage appear in Billing. AI work is generally metered using the model and measured fresh input, cached input and output tokens; document length, images, context and generated output can change usage. Enabled cache storage or other separately metered work is identified in the usage guide. Page/chat counts are estimates, not guaranteed fixed prices or entitlements.

Before work, we may temporarily reserve an estimate of credits. Settlement applies the recorded charge and releases unused reservations; failed or abandoned reservations are released under the applicable processing/recovery flow. A failed task does not mean a completed, separately recorded operation never occurred. Contact support about unexpected deductions. Historical ledger entries describe charges actually recorded; current rates do not retrospectively recalculate them.

Credits are spent monthly → purchased top-up → signup. Monthly credits refresh for the paid billing cycle and unused monthly credits do not roll over. Purchased top-ups remain separate and do not expire under the current offer, but using compute requires eligible service access. Credits retired by an approved refund cannot also be spent. Current signup benefits provide 15 days of free access; subscribing within 30 days preserves eligible unused signup benefits. See Privacy Policy for access after expiry.

7. Fair use and resource limits

Plan limits, rate limits, file limits, concurrency limits and reasonable abuse controls protect service availability. Do not evade limits through automated accounts, credential sharing, oversized or deceptive inputs, or infrastructure attacks. We may pause, queue or restrict resource-intensive or abusive activity. Unlimited features remain subject to disclosed practical limits and fair use.

8. Your content and processing permission

You retain your rights in uploaded documents and other customer content. You grant us only the permission needed to host, copy, transmit, extract, embed, search, display and export that content to provide requested services, authorized support and lawful security operations. You must have the necessary rights, permissions and lawful basis for uploads, including personal or confidential data belonging to others. The Privacy Policy explains these operations.

9. AI limitations and human verification

AI may omit fields, misread documents, invent information, produce inconsistent JSON or make extraction and reasoning errors. Verify important outputs against the source before using, sharing or acting on them. Outputs are not professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice. Rights in generated outputs depend on applicable law and third-party rights; outputs may resemble those supplied to others.

10. Prohibited conduct

Use HussleBook only for lawful purposes and process only content you have authority to upload and use. Respect privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights and applicable restrictions on sensitive information.

Do not upload malware or harmful executable payloads; facilitate exploitation, fraud or other illegal harm; process unauthorized personal data; attempt infrastructure attacks, credential theft or unauthorized access; evade security/file/rate limits; or use automated accounts and deceptive inputs to obtain unfair resources. Do not resell access or share credentials contrary to your plan.

Respect disclosed file, storage, rate and concurrency limits. We may queue or restrict abusive work and proportionately suspend or terminate access for material violations, urgent security risks or legal obligations. We provide reasons and a route to review where lawful and practical; mandatory complaint, data and consumer rights remain available through support.

Report suspected misuse to [email protected].

11. Suspension, cancellation and termination

We may proportionately restrict accounts for security incidents, unlawful activity, material breaches, suspected fraud, payment reversals or resource abuse. We will explain the restriction and available review where lawful and practical; urgent security or legal circumstances may require immediate action. You may cancel renewal, export accessible data or request account deletion. Billing expiry or termination is not automatically document deletion. Mandatory access, complaint, refund and data rights remain available through support.

12. Software, branding and confidentiality

The operators retain rights in HussleBook software, branding and service materials; you receive permission to use the service under these Terms. This does not transfer ownership of your documents to us. We limit personnel access to legitimate operational purposes and authorized support, with appropriate access controls. No system provides absolute confidentiality or security. Report intellectual-property concerns with sufficient details to identify the material and your rights.

13. Warranties and liability

We exercise reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free AI output or suitability for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential losses and limit aggregate liability for ordinary contractual claims to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude fraud, wilful misconduct, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or mandatory consumer and data-protection remedies. No disclaimer removes an obligation imposed by applicable law.

14. Complaints, law and disputes

Contact us at [email protected] with the facts and requested resolution. We will handle complaints under applicable procedures and deadlines. Indian law governs these Terms, and courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes, subject to mandatory consumer forums and other non-excludable jurisdiction or legal protections. Nothing requires you to waive statutory complaint or regulator rights.

15. Changes and records

Policies display versions and effective dates. We notify affected users of material contractual changes through an in-app notice or account email and request renewed acceptance where required before further affected use. Material privacy changes are explained separately; we request new consent where legally required. We preserve acceptance records and do not treat a checkbox as a waiver of mandatory rights. Contact us using the details above.
